Hi. I’m Fred. I’m the Tech Director for the San Francisco Neo-Futurists. I might be in the back of the theater operating lights and sound cues for the show. It’s actually a lot fun. I feel energized. I get to stand the entire time and I don’t have to worry about my sitting posture (It’s starting to get really bad. I look like one of the vultures from the Jungle Book). Maybe before you sit down and watch TMLMTBGB, take a couple seconds to stretch your legs. Slap your face a couple times. Roll your head around in little circles.
